By Using Settings Windows 10
Step 1: first of all, go to the Windows logo key, open start menu Windows 10 and then Windows 10 Settings.
Step 2: Now go for Time & language option.
Step 3: After that, open the Region & Language tab then find Languages.
Step 4: Click on Add a language as you can see in the screenshot.
Step 5: Scroll the list of available input language and select a language according to you.
Step 5: After selecting the input language, come back to language Windows 10 and click on your selected input language to set default language Windows 10.
Windows logo> Settings> Time & language> Region & language> Languages> Add a language> set default language> OK
This was the first way to add an input language to Windows 10.
By Control Panel Windows 10
Step 1: In the first step, go to the Windows 10 Cortana, type Language and select the search result as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Click Add a language.
Step 3: Use the Search box given at the top right corner, to find the language you want to, and click Add.
Step 4: Furthermore, To display all system text in the selected new language, you will need to download the language pack Windows 10 by selecting Options.
Step 5: Lastly, Click Download and install the language pack.
The system will display all text in the new language after booting the system.
Cortana> Language> Add a language> Search box> Add> Options> Download and install language pack> OK.
